ABOUT US
	As mentioned on our home page, the Hobbytime store has been serving customers in the Central Massachusetts area for over twenty years.  My name is Elaine McCool and I am the owner/operator of the hobby shop.  I was born and raised in  Worcester, MA and, after  working at various jobs, including youth counselor and nursing home cook, got a job at Hobbytown in the Worcester Center mall.  I soon became manager and in 1985 bought the store and ventured out on my own. My husband, Mike was born and raised in England in a town just north of London and came to this country twenty two years ago.  He was one of my first customers as a matter of fact!  Mike has been building plastic models since the age of five, specializing in model aircraft and armor.  If you have a question about model construction, he's your man. We're thinking of adding a section on model building tips to this site, but in the meantime, if you do have a question, please feel free to contact us. We'll do our best to help you out. If you should find yourself in central Massachusetts, please drop by and say hello!   (Except on Mondays when the store is closed.)
